Stories of faith in a laid-back setting

Cabaret Connexion

A new way of doing church featuring 'stories of faith in a laid-back setting'. In the 27 events to date three quarters of the audience are repeat attendees and for slightly over half this is their main experience of church. Normally the first half of the evening is a performance by the artiste.

Following an interval with a light snack there is an extended conversation which uncovers the interviewee’s personal journey. This is always left open-ended so that the audience are free to pursue the conversation over coffee and mints as they wish.

Where and when? Doors 7.30pm - Starts 8.00pm , Lansdowne Hall. Petty Lane, Derry Hill, SN11 9QY

“Jo Enright is one of the most naturally gifted comic talents I’ve ever seen.  I’d put her in the same league as Julie Walters.” - Peter Kay
